1. Who can use Fibs
Fibs is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18, and we act on reports of underage users. By creating an account you confirm the date of birth you provide is accurate.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you post. You grant Fibs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so the app can function. Only upload content you have the right to share — you must have the consent of every identifiable person in it. Never upload images of minors.
3. What we remove
Every upload is screened automatically before it goes live, and we review reports from users. We remove content and may terminate accounts for: sexual content involving minors (reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law), non-consensual intimate imagery (removed within 48 hours of a valid report), nudity, harassment, hate, violence, impersonation, and spam. 4. Copyright (DMCA)
We respond to copyright notices sent to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME], [ADDRESS], [EMAIL] (register with the U.S. Copyright Office before launch). Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.
5. Fibs Pro
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through your app store account and renews until cancelled in your store settings. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds follow your app store’s policy.
6. Liability & disputes
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Fibs is not liable for user content or for indirect damages. [Governing law, venue, and any arbitration clause to be completed by counsel.]
